Recently, I experienced the loss of a dear friend in his mid-50s. Despite facing extreme challenges, he radiated happiness and always wore a smile. This week, two of my cousin sisters-in-law also left us on the same day—one who had been bedridden for a while, and the other, a lively soul full of life. These events prompted deep reflection on my own philosophy: planning meticulously, being focused, giving my best every time, and experiencing each moment with detachment for reflecting and learning later to evolve.
I believe each of us have a purpose—to learn and evolve from our experiences, contributing to the growth of what I call the “Central Energy Source,” the infinite collective consciousness or divine that connects us all. This week, I want to share my thoughts on the spiritual journey and the concept of vibrational energy—a profound way to understand the essence of the soul and its connection to the universe, the magnitude I had described in my earlier article ‘Present in the Magnitude of Time’.
Everything in existence vibrates at a certain frequency, from the smallest atom to the vastness of galaxies. The soul—or what I term the “Energy Bundle“—is an integral part of this energetic fabric, resonating with its unique vibrational frequency, in each of us and with each of the microorganisms within us. This frequency shapes the quality of our thoughts, emotions, and spiritual state—an experience uniquely enriched by the human power of imagination, setting us apart from other forms of life in the universe. The energy bundle represents the divine essence within every living being: the eternal spark of consciousness that animates life and connects us to the greater cosmic energy.
Unlike physical energy, the energy bundle operates on a higher, subtler frequency that fluctuates with our mental, emotional, and spiritual states. Vibrational levels of the soul span a spectrum—from lower frequencies associated with fear, anger, and ego, to higher frequencies aligned with love, peace, and enlightenment. As carriers of this energy bundle, we are on a natural spiritual journey, seeking to ascend to higher vibrational states. This evolution often involves overcoming challenges, learning life lessons, and embracing unconditional love.
The ultimate goal is to align with the divine and realize our unity with universal oneness. To achieve this, various spiritual disciplines offer pathways to elevate our vibrational states. Below, I have listed some diverse approaches I have researched among various cultures and traditions:

Through imagination and altered states of consciousness, such as creative visualization and meditation, we can transcend ordinary perception. These practices enable us to access higher awareness, connect with universal energy, and foster profound personal growth.
I encourage each of you to embrace your personal spiritual journey, in case you haven’t started yet. It is simple by planning meticulously, being focused, giving your best every time, and experiencing each moment with detachment for reflecting and learning later to evolve. As you elevate your vibrational state, you not only transform your own life but contribute to the evolution of the universal energy.
