Our backbone for solving both organisational and technical problems are the Business Chakras which describe the flows in an organisation and a model with 7 levels for assessing the maturity of an organisation as well as that of technical problem solving. We have created these concepts for making the problem analysis and solving easy to everyone in a company, so that at each stage common understanding, the most important success factor is ensured.

We visit the premises where the action happens (Gemba) to sense the inherent rhythm and to look and feel the spirit. We then validate our understanding of the core issue.

Hypothetical Solution

We identify top 3 strengths and improvement opportunities from the perspective of execution excellence and develop a hypothetical solution with top 3 approaches.

Step 4/10

Coalition Building

We explain our hypothetical solution, discuss, and secure the buy-in of all the key players in consensus, the core success factor, and develop a macro milestone plan.

Deployment

We immerse ourselves in the actual reality, experience hands on and streamline the flows before identifying the most relevant KPIs and defining standards for capturing these KPIs.

Regular Reporting

We introduce regular reporting of these KPIs at the appropriate clockspeed covering target, benchmark, trend, actual, estimate, gap to target and actions to bridge the gap.
